The sharp li...I'm glad to hear you're doing better. The sharp little stabby nerve pains surprised me after surgery too. They lasted nearly 3 years after my big abdominal incision for gall bladder ( 2 yrs before the started doing laproscopic). They get less & less as time goes by.<BR/>Give yourself time to heal & rest, it may be several months beofre all of your energy is 100%. I've had recov...So good to hear from you, Sweetie. I've had recoveries from two significant surgeries and I know you have days you wonder if you'll ever feel normal again. (I SWEAR some of my body parts were signaling me that one of their mates was seriously MIA!) Relaxation and laziness aren't much fun when they aren't a choice, but instead are the result of pain and loss of stamina. It does take as long (or longer) than they say it will, but one of these days you will be BETTER than your old "normal."
