P.S. Sorry about calling your turtles "cute". Suffice it to say I have a teenaged daughter who thinks turtles (and penguins) are always "cute". The sousaphones even call themselves the Turtle Squad... Go figure.
This is GORGEOUS!!! And recycled fabrics always seem more fascinating and wonderful than buying new--don'tknow if it's the OOAK look or the thrill of the "hunt"! It sure is a great way to get something no one else has, for the stash!
Great fun, and I recognize some of those fabrics. Aren't they decorator fabric? I love the painterly look of the work and thought it was a painting at first.
